Referral Process

Referrals can be either faxed to our rooms 5222 3122 or emailed reception@gsah.com.au

Please contact 5222 3044 if you have any questions regarding Alys’ practice.

Following receipt of a referral, a member of our reception team will be in touch with you to offer an appointment or notify you if an appointment cannot be provided due to capacity or area of practice reasons.

Session Fees

If you are coming to see me with a referral from your GP (also known as Mental Health Treatment Plan), you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

You can attend sessions without a referral, however, the rebate only applies with a valid GP referral. Face-to-face and telehealth (video or telephone) appointments are available.

Private clients may be eligible for a rebate through their Private Health Insurance.
